Ford Aerospace Earns Prestigious Gold Membership in The 5% Club

Ford Aerospace has been awarded Gold accredited membership as part of The 5% Club’s esteemed 2024-25 Employer Audit Scheme.

The accolade is in recognition of the company’s commitment to both current and future employees through “earn & learn” initiatives such as apprenticeships and student placements. With its own Apprenticeship Academy, which it operates in partnership with local colleges to offer Level 1 and Level 2 advanced manufacturing pre-apprenticeship programmes, the award is testament to Ford Aerospace’s dedication to nurturing the growth and development of its workforce.

Receiving Goldstatus for the second successive year, Ford Aerospace are proud to be part of The 5% Club and stand alongside over 1,100 forward-thinking employers who are dedicated to driving positive change.
