AWARDED A GRADE SUPPLIER BY FREUDENBERG TECHNICAL PRODUCTS
In our goal to at least meet and indeed surpass our Customer Quality and Delivery targets Ford Component Manufacturing continued its efforts with an impressive 100% delivery and quality achievement to our largest Customer Freudenberg.
The long-term relationship between Ford and Freudenberg has grown and prospered over many years, in 2013 we took over one of the Freudenberg factories at North Shields installing a phosphating line to better service this Customer. Freudenberg are a world class leader supplying into the Automotive Industry with Seals and sealing packages for engines, transmissions, chassis, steering systems, air conditioning, breaks and turbochargers.
The service provided to Freudenberg by Ford Component Manufacturing is especially impressive owing to the large number of items and volumes involved with daily deliveries conducted, added to this we have a PPM of zero as we ensure quality in never compromised.
Freudenberg, are not alone in having their quality and delivery requirements surpassed, the vast majority of our Customers receive similar service and are equally pleased with the service they receive.
